Beach Portraits on LBI

Here is a little bit about our service and some suggested tips:

Sittings are by appointment only, we will meet your party on the beach.  We shoot a variety of poses, on the dunes or on the rocks where poses are more traditional, and down at the water’s edge for a more candid approach.  We can also accommodate special requests and take extra time with infants and small children to capture the essence of their personality.  We shoot in the evenings; one hour before sunset when the light is the prettiest … therefore we only shoot one session per evening.  Sunrise sessions are available upon request and cost a little more.  If you know your vacation dates, it is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible.  I only schedule three sessions per week to allow us the opportunity to reschedule your appointment in the event of rain.  A sitting fee of $150 will be due at that time to secure your reservation.  100% of your fee is refundable in the event that bad weather prohibits us from doing the session.

·         Immediate Families:  Sittings take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.  We shoot three to five poses of the family, mom and the children, dad and the children, children together and mom and dad together.  This will generate approximately 75 to 125 images.

·         Extended Families and Large Groups.  Sitting will take a full hour sometimes a little longer.  We shoot several poses of the entire group and any sub-families as mentioned above.
